Secretary Rubio: Ilhan Omar is allegedly implicated in the largest fraud scandal in American history—a $9 billion scheme carried out by Somali migrants at taxpayers' expense. Furthermore, she has consistently advanced an Anti-American agenda that prioritizes the interests of Somali and terrorist organizations over our own nation.
